Catching Brutal Serial Killer: FBI Finds Burned Car and Missing Girls
This documentary follows the shocking 1999 disappearances of Carol Sund, her daughter Julie, and their friend Silvina Peloso during what should have been a peaceful trip to Yosemite. When they fail to meet their family as planned, a massive search begins, stretching across the state and involving multiple agencies. What starts as a missing-persons case turns into a disturbing homicide investigation after their burned rental car is found in a remote forest with two bodies hidden in the trunk.
