Braving Wasp Attacks and Protecting the Land From Man's Greed
This documentary follows the Kayapo people of northern Brazil, where young men face giant forest wasps as a rite of passage into adulthood. It also shows their fight to protect ancestral Amazon land from outside greed and destruction. It captures both the danger of the ritual and the wider struggle to defend a way of life.
