Prisoners of the Afghan Pamir

This documentary follows the last Kyrgyz nomads of the Afghan Pamir, a people hemmed in between three borders and hardened by famine, exile, and war. In the hidden high valleys they have found a fragile security, herding livestock in one of the most remote corners of the world.
